Assam State Housing Board is implementing various construction work as Agency Works under National Health Mission, WPT & BC Department, Economics & Statistics Department, Health Department, Welfare of SC, Assam University, Silchar, Public Health Engineering Department, Welfare of Tea & Ex Tea Garden Tribes, Sports Authority of India, Education Department etc.

The Assam State Housing Board charges agency charge @5% of the Project cost for execution of Projects belonging to other departments.
