The Assam State Housing Board has taken up a Project at its Head Office Complex in Guwahati. A multistoried Office cum Commercial Building will be constructed under this Project. The Building will house the Board’s own office and other offices / Banks / commercial establishments etc. RFP for engagement of Project Management Consultant has already been floated and the process will be completed soon.
The Assam State Housing Board have proposed to undertake a “Mega Affordable Housing Project “ in Guwahati in order to relocate the families living in precarious condition in eco sensitive zones. In this regard Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup / Kamrup(M) & Morigaon has been requested to allot suitable land for the proposed Project.
The Board have proposed to undertake (a) Mega land development Project in and around Guwahati, (b) Residential Plot Development Project in and around Guwahati and Dibrugarh on commercial basis.
The Board have proposed to construct a Residential complex at Krishna Nagar, Chandmari, Guwahati on its own land. The proposed Project will be a Joint Venture with Private Party. The process for selection of the Private Partner will be started shortly by floating Invitation for Bids (IFB).
